Question by vincarnardine: want aid troubleshooting our surfacing machine?
I apologize ahead of time for not realizing the correct terms for the parts on our optek 425 surfacing machine, but I will give it my very best shot. I believe it have to be one thing related to Murphy’s Law that whenever our lab supervisor requires the day off and becomes unavailable, a single of our machines has a problem that we don’t know how to fix. =) The surfacing machine does not move when the cycle is started. I am nonetheless getting a flow of water for a couple of seconds, then the machine shuts off, and i have to reset the machine with a switch in the back. Have not been capable to get the holders for the laps to move. Generally when we have this dilemma, it has anything to do with the holders for the laps becoming stopped in an akward spot, but I can get it to start once more after a handful of minutes. This time, I haven’t been capable to. If any individual has come across this issue before that might have some guidance, it would be greatly appreciated.
(I have referred to as the optek compant and left a message with tech assistance, just have not got a response yet.)
