First of all, customers should provide us with part samples or drawings together with detailed requirements such as quantity, material, surface treatment and dimension tolerance by email or fax. The drawings can be in 2D or 3D formats like JPG, PDF, DWG, DXF, STP, IGS, etc.

We respect customer's all intellectual property. Without their written permission, we will never disclose drawing or other information to any third parties. NDA documents will be signed to protect customer's rights or patents before they send drawings or samples to us. 

When we get drawings or samples from customers, we will prepare a detailed quote in 48 hours.

The quotation details will include material model, processes involved, surface treatment, production time of each process, total lead time, total costs, shipping time and cost, etc. 

Once client confirms our quotation, we will purchase raw materials immediately without time wasted. In the next step, effective CNC machining processes will be arranged as soon as possible to complete manufacturing in a short lead time.
